Kent Place is a property development offering a balance of life’s necessities with its pleasures. We developed a brand strategy to inform the marketing of the development as practical, functional dwellings amongst a vibrant community in Melbourne’s emerging Inner West. 

As part of the design system, a fluid constellation of dots was created for use across marketing materials. Constantly changing and evolving, the graphic communicates the dynamic sense of community and lifestyle offered by the development and its location.
